Here I am going to show you a few healthy foods. Most of them are surprisingly delicious food.

These sweet, nutritious foods are very easy to include into your diet because they required less time to prepare.

 All of us must know this traditional proverb that an apple a day keeps the doctor away. Apples are rich in fiber, vitamin C, as well as numerous antioxidants. They are very filling and make the perfect snack when you find yourself hungry between meals. Apples may be good for you to lose your weight.  As well as good for your heart and lower risk of diabetes.



2. Avocados

Avocados are a good source of vitamins C, E, K, and B-6. Eating an avocado a day is helpful for your health. If you're looking for nutritious morning meals, try including avocados into your breakfast .You can also eat it in salads and soups. Orange contains fewer calories than what your body requires to burn it. Oranges are less in calories and full of nutrients, fibre, vitamin C, which can help you burn belly fat.

Grapes are very low-calorie and fat-free food with a low glycemic index. Grapes have vitamins C and K. One cup of grapes has almost 100 calories, making them a high-volume, nutrient-dense snack which you can eat more for a lower calorie cost. Although all types of grapes are healthy, red grapes and Concord grapes are much in flavonoids. Grapes may help you to decrease Blood Sugar Levels and Protect against Diabetes.




8. kiwifruit

Kiwi fruits are small fruits that pack a lot of flavor and large amounts of health benefits. It's full of nutrients like vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin E, folate, and potassium. Kiwi fruits also have a lot of antioxidants and are a good source of fiber. Morning time is the best time to eat kiwi fruit with an empty stomach. Having a lot of Vitamin C in your diet can help prevent thinning hair.
